Craig has extensive experience in state and federal court trials, mediations and arbitrations, and has done work throughout the Pacific region, including in courts on Guam and American Samoa. He has a strong practice in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy litigation, concerning secured loans, and out-of-court restructuring of creditor and debtor relationships. In the Pacific region, Craig has done extensive litigation, including trials regarding foreclosures of tuna purse seiners, both in the High Court of American Samoa and the U.S. District Court for the Territory of Guam. Internationally, he has worked on major arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce arbitration panel in Paris, France. Craig also counsels clients on complex real and personal property lien issues. As part of the DWT Pacific collaboration, Craig recently returned to Seattle following a two-year secondment to the offices of PLN Lawyers, Sydney. |
