DWT Pacific offers the only unified, trans-Pacific legal and business advisory team in the market. The collaboration between Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (DWT), and PLN Lawyers Sydney (PLN) is led by David Cohen, former head of the U.S. Department of the Interior's Office of Insular Affairs, along with John Ridgway, PLN’s managing partner, and Craig Miller, DWT senior partner.

The venture combines the experience and resources of PLN, who provides coordinated legal and business advisory services to corporate Australian and international clients operating across Australia and the Pacific, with DWT’s eight offices in the U.S. and one in Shanghai, China (DWT was the first U.S. firm authorized to open an office in this Chinese city). More than 20 lawyers with considerable experience in Asia/Pacific legal and business representation will be actively engaged in DWT Pacific.
