JULY 25: GOVGUAM BUDGET REQUEST FOR MILITARY BUILDUP
Guam Governor Felix Camacho made a formal request of $237.8 million to the Office of Management and Budget last week, outlining 11 areas where GovGuam needs assistance in supporting the influx of military personnel and their dependents. You can see a breakdown of the request by clicking here.
JULY 10: PLN RELEASES BANKNOTE 13
PLN Lawyers Sydney has released its July issue of the PLN Banknote, their quarterly publication focusing on issues regarding the financial services industry. Inside this issue, you'll find:

JUNE 13: COHEN CONTRIBUTES COLUMN TO ISLANDS BUSINESS
DWT Pacific Co-chair David Cohen recently penned an editorial for Islands Business Magazine entitled "Viewpoint: What ‘H’ Visa Cap Exemption Means for the Islands". In the article, he discusses the law that he helped to write that exempts the CNMI and Guam from caps on H visas, and the unique business opportunities that made the legislation necessary. JUNE 12: COHEN INTERVIEWED FOR NATIONAL BUSINESS REVIEW IN NEW ZEALAND
DWT Pacific Co-chair David Cohen is featured in an article in the National Business Review of New Zealand, entitled "Kiwis Welcome in Guam Military Buildup." The article, which was published on May 30th, talks about the launch of DWT Pacific in Auckland and Sydney last month, and the role that New Zealand and its people will play in the buildup of military forces on Guam.
